Your documents and your data. We only ask you for a document (passport, driving licence, visa…) when the trip or a formality requires it. It is encrypted as soon as we receive it, viewed only by the agency team to prepare your file, passed on to a local partner only if the trip requires it, and deleted twelve months after your return. Your billing data is kept for the period required by law. Our confirmation and follow-up e-mails can tell us whether they were received. No newsletter without your consent. You can view, correct or have your data deleted at any time from “My rights” in your area, or contact the AEPD. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
