Your documents and your data. We only ask you for a document (passport, driving licence, visa…) when the trip or a formality requires it. It is encrypted as soon as we receive it, viewed only by the agency team to prepare your file, passed on to a local partner only if the trip requires it, and deleted twelve months after your return. Your billing data is kept for the period required by law. Our confirmation and follow-up e-mails can tell us whether they were received. No newsletter without your consent. You can view, correct or have your data deleted at any time from “My rights” in your area, or contact the AEPD. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

A few cookies keep the site running: the page you are reading, a booking you started, the traveller area.
We count which trip pages are opened, and where visits come from. That tells us what you are looking for.
Clicks and scrolling show where a trip page gets stuck. The fields you fill in stay masked.
You can accept all, refuse all, or open “Learn more” and choose line by line. Nothing is sent before you answer.
To change your mind later, the “Manage my cookies” link is at the bottom of the page. The detail is in the privacy policy.
Cookies needed for the site, booking and the traveller area stay on. For the rest, accept or refuse each line, then save.

We look at clicks and scrolling to see what gets in the way on a page. Form fields are masked. Never in the traveller area or at payment.
The Save button turns on when each line has a choice.
